Scheme recognises value and innovation
18 July, 2007
The high-quality service that QA-IQ, the UK’s leading learning
solutions company, provides for the Royal Bank of Scotland
(RBS) has been recognised by the bank’s Approved Supplier
programme.
The scheme drives performance improvement and innovation
amongst the bank’s suppliers as service providers are evaluated
against stringent criteria to measure their value contribution
and innovation. Delivering quality service and best-value to
the bank is key to success.
Managing Director of QA-IQ, John Kauffman, is delighted that
the learning programmes QA-IQ provide to the bank through its
managed training service have been recognised; “We have worked
with RBS for over eight years, and continually strive to
improve the service we offer. Our Managed Training Service
(MTS) is set up to ensure that we are consistently providing
bestvalue and is meeting the needs of the bank and its people.
“Innovation is an important part of developing learning
solutions that add real value to the business, and we have a
dedicated team who ensure that our MTS is continually evolving.
We look forward to building upon the strong service we offer
RBS, and the Approved Supplier programme is an ideal
opportunity to do this.”
The Approved Supplier programme aims to enhance customers
experience whilst also improving operational efficiency by
working to strengthen supplier relationships and support the
development of new delivery models. Including process
management and corporate responsibility, the programme criteria
allow suppliers to strengthen their own business while
benefiting the relationship with the bank.
