All of our regular suppliers (tier one) are managed via a rigorous framework of quality checks including site visits, review of references, trainer approval, evaluation review, course observation and development of Service Level Agreements. 

A tiered means of supplier management ensures that frequent (tier two) and niche suppliers (tier three) also meet specific criteria for engagement.
