Jeff Payne, Head of Service Management Practice
Jeff leads QA-IQ’s service management training and
consulting programmes, providing strategic management of
best practice in design and delivery. He is an experienced
Service Management Professional who has spent more than 25
years in Consultancy, Training, IT Support, Programme and
Project Management, Service Management and Service
Delivery. He is an expert in the implementation, and
management of solutions using Best Practise methodologies
in business and technology. Jeff has an extensive knowledge
of the public, private and financial sectors, and his
innovation and lateral thinking skills have contributed to
consistent success in providing tailored solutions.
